How to pull the logs from MT4/MT5

In case of the issues with the MT4/MT5, it's best to take a look at the AimFX EA logs that are available within the platform.

  1. Make sure View - Toolbox is Enabled.

  2. Expand Experts tab at the bottom of the MT4/MT5 window.

  3. Right click on any record and click on Viewer

  4. Click on first record, and click on the last record with SHIFT. With this all records will be selected.

  5. You can paste the records in the TXT file and share with AimFX support team.
